The role
As Logistics Team Lead, you keep oversight in a fast-paced environment. You lead the team, stay present on the warehouse floor and coordinate with other departments. You respond quickly to unexpected issues and help keep logistics operations running smoothly. The work involves automated processes and systems.
Working hours
You work 40 hours per week in a three-shift system:
- Early shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00.
- Late shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00.
- Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00.
What you bring
- Work and reasoning skills at MBO level.
- Leadership skills, resilience under pressure and experience supervising a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of HACCP and production and logistics processes.
- Experience with automated processes.
- Forklift and reach truck certificates.
