The role
At our client company in Sumaré, you will handle production and inventory records. You will periodically record manufactured products and compare physical quantities with system data and production orders. This is an on-site position in a manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities
- Receive and record finished goods, intermediate products and production scrap in digital systems.
- Record scrap from reworked batches using the relevant system entries and blocked-lot forms.
- Track and request production orders for the lines, check that quantities stay within the orders, and request production-schedule adjustments when needed.
- Inspect materials for non-conformities such as shape defects, missing components or color differences. Segregate affected material and notify quality control so it can decide whether to release, rework or scrap it.
- Physically count materials in handling units and compare quantities with system records using handheld data collectors; register each unit separately and make it available for production.
- Move handling units with an electric pallet truck and weigh them on scales, keeping recorded overweight percentages within established limits.
- Keep the work area and equipment, including data collectors, computers and the pallet truck, clean and organized; assist with inventory counts.
What you bring
- Completed secondary education.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience or training operating an electric pallet truck is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAPEX/WWS, handheld data collectors and inventory-management systems is an advantage.
