Work full-time in flower logistics in De Kwakel. Coordinate sorting, check orders and quality, and keep deadlines on track. Working days and hours vary, and full training is provided.
The role
As a Logistics Packing Worker, you keep the sorting centre organised. You make sure flowers are sorted on time, placed on the correct trolley and ready for the packing department. You oversee the work and give colleagues guidance or corrections when needed.
You check that orders are complete and complete them where necessary. You monitor deadlines and check quality against the packing instructions. You give directions on sorting, discuss organisational or staffing issues with the supervisor or team leader, and resolve problems that colleagues cannot or are not authorised to handle.
Working pattern
This is a full-time role with variable working days and hours. Some days start early; on others, work starts later.
