The role
As a Logistics Operator at our client company in Breda, you’ll work in a production facility. You’ll work closely with the operations team on the day shift and help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage raw materials for production.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods.
- Pack outgoing goods and prepare them for shipment.
- Carry out warehouse tasks and manage inventory.
- Unload trucks and tanker trucks in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse and production area.
- Follow safety, quality, and food-safety requirements and contribute to improvements in logistics processes.
What you bring
- Work and thinking skills at MBO level, plus relevant experience in a logistics or production environment.
- A valid forklift certificate.
- Knowledge of hazardous substances and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- A flexible, practical, hands-on attitude.
- Dutch language skills, spoken and written; English is an advantage.
