At our client company in Tiel, you support production through internal transport, loading and unloading trucks and tankers, and warehouse tasks. This full-time role follows a rotating five-shift schedule; a forklift certificate and high-bay truck experience are required.
The role
As a logistics operative, you will work at our client company in Tiel, Gelderland. You will support the flow of goods between the warehouse, production and dispatch, helping keep production supplied and materials moving smoothly with your shift team.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and tankers.
- Carry out internal transport using a forklift and high-bay truck.
- Supply production with raw materials and packaging.
- Record logistics information, including labels, pick lists and stock adjustments, in the inventory system.
- Operate pumps, valves and the control system in the tank farm.
- Take samples, remove waste and keep the work area safe and organised.
What you bring
- At least MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- At least two years of logistics experience.
- A forklift certificate and experience using high-bay trucks.
- Good command of Dutch and basic knowledge of English.
- The ability to work independently, stay organised and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic word-processing and spreadsheet skills.
