The role
You will work in the cross-dock area of a transport company in Zevenaar. You will load trucks according to the plan and help ensure consignments leave on time for customers and other locations.
What you’ll do
- Load trucks and trailers according to the plan.
- Check consignments for damage and quantities.
- Arrange goods safely inside trailers.
- Operate an electric pallet truck (EPT).
- Report discrepancies to the team leader.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Work with colleagues in the cross-dock, drivers and team leaders.
Hours and shift
You will work the late shift from 13:00 to 21:30. The role is for 32–40 hours per week.
What you bring
- Experience loading trailers and/or roll containers.
- Experience using an electric pallet truck (EPT).
- A tidy and safety-conscious approach to work.
- A hands-on attitude, teamwork skills and reliability in keeping agreements.
