The role
As an internal transport logistics employee at our client company in Bleiswijk, Zuid-Holland, you support day-to-day plant production. You help keep internal transport running and ensure production staff have the work stock they need.
Responsibilities
- Operate the internal transport system.
- Operate robotics systems used in production.
- Resolve minor faults in the potting machine, robots and internal transport system.
- Maintain work stock for production employees.
- Pot up plants and space them further apart.
Working hours
This is a late-shift role requiring at least 38 hours per week. You must be willing to work in the evenings, from home and on site when faults occur.

- Experience with internal transport systems or automated transport lines.
- Demonstrable organisational skills.
- Logistics and technical aptitude.
- A solution-focused approach and good communication skills.
- Computer experience.
- An accurate, methodical and punctual approach to work.
- Resilience under pressure.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English; Polish is an advantage.
