The role
At our client company in Rhenen (Utrecht), you will help keep goods moving smoothly. You will process incoming goods, maintain inventory and order records in the ERP system, prepare outbound orders and plan shipments with external carriers. Occasionally, you will use a company vehicle to deliver or collect goods on site.
Responsibilities
- Book in and label incoming goods.
- Keep inventory records and prepared orders up to date in the ERP system.
- Move goods to the correct internal locations, and load and unload goods.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and book out outgoing goods.
- Plan outbound shipments and coordinate them with external carriers.
- Occasionally deliver or collect goods on site using a company vehicle.
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a logistics employee; experience in a technical environment is an advantage.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to stay organized and coordinate tasks.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- A BE driving licence and forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain both.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when communicating with everyone involved.
