The role
At our client company in Geleen, Limburg, you will work in a pharmaceutical production environment. You will manage the internal flow of goods, from receipt and storage to supplying materials to production and the outbound flow of finished products.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and label incoming goods.
- Store hazardous substances correctly and ensure they are labelled appropriately.
- Prepare raw materials and packaging in the work-preparation area and hand them over.
- Inspect goods returned from production and move them to the correct storage location.
- Handle the outbound flow of finished products.
- Maintain internal transport equipment.
- Keep waste streams separate and ensure their disposal.
- Manage the internal logistics of materials.
What you bring
- At least two years of experience in a production company, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- A forklift certificate.
- Knowledge of handling hazardous and environmentally harmful substances, including ADR goods.
- Technical aptitude, a results-focused approach and the ability to work well with others.
- A hands-on attitude and flexibility.
- At least an MBO diploma; a completed logistics qualification is preferred.
