In this Deventer role, you will archive, store and distribute laboratory samples, replenish supplies and support dispatch. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, five days a week on day shifts.
The role
At our client company, you will join the internal logistics team at a laboratory. You will archive and distribute samples, store archived samples in a conditioned storage area, and handle sample intake and issue. You will use a stock management system (LIMS) and hand scanners, and respond to laboratory staff requests for archived samples. You will also replenish laboratory supplies through the Kanban system, carry out dispatch tasks, arrange the removal of samples, and keep the laboratory orderly and clean.
Schedule and hours
You will work five days a week on day shifts, for 32–40 hours per week. Working times are agreed within the 06:00–18:00 window.
What you bring
- Completed VMBO (Kader) or MBO level 2 education, preferably in logistics, or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrable Dutch language skills at a minimum of B1 level.
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately, both independently and as part of a team.
- A practical, flexible and responsible approach, with a focus on quality.
- The ability to perform physical work.
- A valid forklift and/or internal transport certificate.
- A category B driving licence is an advantage.
