The role
As a logistics employee at our client company in IJsselstein, Utrecht province, you help keep daily logistics operations running smoothly. You bring structure to the flow of goods, coordinate and support daily activities, and act as a point of contact for colleagues and managers.
- Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly.
- Manage and check stock, maintaining accuracy.
- Identify and initiate improvements to logistics processes.
- Use ERP systems and MS Office for administrative support.
- Maintain contact with carriers and internal departments.
What you bring
- At least 3–5 years of logistics experience.
- MBO+ work-and-thinking level, preferably in logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
- A forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- An accurate, structured approach and clear communication skills; able to liaise easily with different stakeholders.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to improvements and readiness to take on a coordinating and supportive role; able to work independently and collaborate well with others.
