Work day shifts in Dordrecht, moving waste streams by forklift and keeping the waste area orderly and safe. You’ll also manage stock and transport records. Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract and €2,889–€3,419 per month, depending on experience.
The role
As a logistics employee, you will work at our client’s site in Dordrecht. You will collect different waste streams around the site and move them to the central location. You will load and unload using a forklift.
You will monitor the waste area and give instructions when needed. You will keep it clean and orderly, and make sure storage locations have the correct signs and identification. You will also manage the stock of empty drums and order replacements in good time. Your duties include planning and recording waste removals, as well as maintaining transport records. If something unexpected comes up, you will discuss it with the customer and work together to find a suitable solution.
Working hours
You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday.
What you bring
- A valid forklift operator certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
- A VCA certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Good spoken and written Dutch.
- Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage.
- You work independently, accurately, with a customer-focused and positive attitude, and follow safety procedures.
