As a logistics employee in Oosterhout, you will handle goods receipt, storage, production supply and dispatch using a forklift and reach truck. Rotating three-shift system. Monthly salary: €2,621–€3,302, excluding a 20% shift allowance.
The role
You will work for our client company in Oosterhout (Noord-Brabant), in a logistics role within a production environment. You will receive and store packaging materials and finished products, supply production with packaging materials on time, and support the handling of outgoing customer shipments.
- Move goods using a forklift and reach truck, and prepare orders in an automated warehouse.
- Load containers, making sure pallets are loaded neatly and without damage.
- Ensure the correct transport documents accompany each shipment.
- Coordinate with colleagues from different production departments and with drivers collecting customer orders.
- Follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures and provide a clear handover at the end of your shift.
Working schedule
This role follows a rotating three-shift system.
What you bring
- MBO level 3 work-and-thinking level.
- Valid forklift and reach truck certificates.
- Experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
- Willingness to work a three-shift system.
- A good command of Dutch and/or English.
- A service-minded, stress-resistant approach and an interest in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment with comparable quality standards is an advantage.
