The role
As Logistics & Dispatch Team Leader, you will oversee daily logistics processes in a dynamic food-production environment in Son en Breugel, Noord-Brabant. You will lead a team of 20 to 30 employees and ensure smooth goods receiving, efficient supply to production and dispatch of finished products.
You will be a visible, decisive leader on the floor. You will ensure effective use of staff, mobile equipment and warehouse capacity, coach and motivate the team, promote safe working practices and compliance with HACCP requirements, and work on improvements. You will report to the Logistics Manager.
Working hours
The role is 38 hours per week on a two-shift schedule. You work on a Saturday once every two weeks, and shift times vary.
What you bring
- MBO+ level and a qualification in logistics.
- At least five years of leadership experience.
- Experience in a food or production environment is an advantage.
- A good command of Dutch and English.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- An assertive, decisive, results-oriented approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic production environment.

- Gross pay of €3,384.03 to €4,885.72 per month, based on 38 hours per week and depending on knowledge and experience. This excludes a 15% shift allowance, a 3.4% production allowance and a cold-work allowance of €11.80 per week.
