The role
As a work-and-study logistics assistant, you will work in the warehouse of our client company in Ulft, Gelderland. You will work four days a week and attend an MBO logistics course one day a week. You will learn how logistics operates in a technical environment and gradually take on more responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Receive, check and process incoming goods.
- Store and manage technical components.
- Maintain stock and carry out periodic inventory counts.
- Prepare and dispatch orders for customers or internal departments.
- Record logistics processes in the system.
- Suggest improvements and more efficient ways of working.
What you bring
- You are studying or ready to start an MBO course in logistics.
- You are interested in technology and logistics processes.
- You are proactive, contribute ideas and work accurately and systematically.
- You have a good command of Dutch.
- You are enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- A forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage, but not essential.
What is offered?
You will join a varied, educational work-and-study placement in a technical environment. You will gain practical experience while working towards an MBO diploma in logistics. After completing the course, there are opportunities to progress within our client company.
