The role
As a Logistics Assistant Trainee, you support the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations. You help keep the flow of goods running smoothly, from receiving goods to preparing deliveries for dispatch. You monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and step in where needed, with attention to quality, safety and cost-conscious work.
What you’ll do
- Receive goods, prepare them for storage and put them in the right locations.
- Pick orders, returns, returnable packaging and packing materials.
- Prepare goods for dispatch accurately and on time.
- Carry out simple product-related tasks and help with stocktaking or warehouse layout.
- Prepare daily tasks and complete them carefully.
What you bring
- MBO+ level of education and work-related capability in a logistics field.
- Practical knowledge of SAP and WMS.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
