The role
You support day-to-day logistics aboard a ship in Rotterdam. You set up meeting and event rooms according to the agreed layouts. The order of tasks varies with the schedule: some days you may start with logistics work and prepare the rooms later.
- Receive deliveries and move goods to the right locations on board.
- Move materials and furniture around the work area using hand trucks and trolleys. Much of the work is manual; no forklift is used.
- Restock and manage the warehouse, including minibar items and cleaning supplies.
- Handle waste and packaging according to the applicable procedures.
Schedule
Full-time day shifts. Working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, sometimes later. Flexible availability is required. The weekly rota is prepared in advance.
