You will receive machines for repair, record them accurately in the system and prepare them for collection or return shipment once repaired. You will support technicians in a full-time role in Eindhoven.
The role
As a logistics assistant in the repair department, you support the technicians by carefully receiving, recording and preparing machines submitted for repair.
Responsibilities
- Receive machines for repair at the counter or via a parcel delivery service.
- Enter their details accurately in the system. After repair, update their status and prepare them for collection by the customer at the counter or for return shipment.
- Act as an internal point of contact for other departments on incoming repairs and other goods.
- When needed, contact the parcel carrier to check whether collection requests were completed and to discuss incomplete deliveries.
- Carefully prepare the technicians’ work.
What you bring
- Good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
- VMBO-level education.
- Accuracy when entering data and the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work well with technicians.
- Ability to lift heavier machines.
- You must provide a VOG (Dutch Certificate of Conduct) as part of the application process.
