The role
At our client company in Harderwijk, you will support day-to-day logistics. You will move goods and deliver them to different departments and locations. You will also work in the warehouse and handle mail. Using a handheld scanner, you will check stock and put materials in the right place. You will also help transport meals, waste and other materials.
Your duties vary between internal and external transport, warehouse work, mail handling, and print and copy tasks. You will be trained to work as an all-round logistics assistant and learn to carry out the different duties independently. Initiative and ideas are welcome.
You will work 36 hours per week on a variable schedule. Duties vary; for example, you may handle transport in the morning and work in the warehouse in the afternoon.
What you bring
- A Dutch MBO level 2 diploma
- Experience working in a warehouse
- A category B driving licence
- A customer-friendly and flexible approach, and the ability to work independently
- Good physical fitness; some tasks can be physically demanding
