The role
At our client company in IJsselstein, you combine accurate logistics administration with hands-on warehouse work. Around 60% of your work is administration and around 40% is order picking.
You independently process and check goods receipts, stock movements and dispatches in the ERP system. You check order details, monitor progress and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock. You coordinate discrepancies with internal departments and carriers. You also pick and check orders for the correct items and quantities, then prepare them for dispatch.
Hours
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week.
What you bring
- At least MBO+ work and thinking level; a qualification in logistics or administration is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a logistics-administration role.
- Experience using ERP systems to process and check order and stock data.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- An accurate, structured approach, with the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
- The ability to investigate discrepancies, communicate clearly with internal departments and carriers, and complete administrative work independently and on time.
- Willingness to help with order picking and preparing orders for dispatch.
