Keep materials moving between warehouse and production in Westerhoven. Receive and process goods, manage stock and move materials with a forklift and overhead crane. Work 38 hours a week on day shifts; pay is €2,900–€3,400 per month.
The role
As an internal logistics worker at our client company in Westerhoven, you are the link between the warehouse and production. You make sure materials and goods are in the right place at the right time.
Your responsibilities
- Receive, check and administratively process incoming goods.
- Supply production and make sure materials reach the right machine or workstation on time.
- Move materials using a forklift and overhead crane.
- Manage stock and keep materials in the right locations.
- Identify and report discrepancies in the flow of goods or stock.
What you bring
- A relevant vocational diploma (MBO) or comparable work experience.
- Forklift and overhead-crane training and/or certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- A good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
- A safe, accurate and structured approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate well with colleagues.
- Sufficient digital skills to handle logistics administration.
- Experience with metal is an advantage, but not essential.
- Motivation and eagerness to learn.
Employment conditions
- 38 hours per week on the day shift. Friday is shorter, with work ending at 14:15.
- €2,900–€3,400 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- Employment terms under the Dutch collective labour agreement for the metal and engineering sector.
