The role
At the client company in Meppel, Drenthe, you will work in inbound logistics. Together with your colleagues, you will receive, store and issue goods. You will keep the warehouse organized and carry out light administrative tasks. The warehouse is modern and clean.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks.
- Sort goods and prepare them for storage.
- Issue goods according to the schedule.
- Check incoming goods for quality.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
- Take inventory of warehouse stock.
Schedule
The role is 32 hours per week, with variable shifts on a five-shift rota. The pattern consists of six working days and four days off.
What you bring
- Forklift and reach truck certificates, or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience with inventory systems is an advantage.
- An enthusiastic, motivated and proactive attitude; you notice what needs doing.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
