Combine hands-on warehouse work with coordinating and supporting colleagues in Almere. The roster alternates weekly and includes a Sunday shift every other week. Gross salary: €2,608.26–€3,793.45 per month.
The role
As a hands-on warehouse supervisor at our client company in Almere, Flevoland, you combine warehouse duties with coordinating daily operations. You are the first point of contact for colleagues on the floor, monitor the schedule and adjust work where needed. You work closely with the warehouse team leader and cover for them when they are absent.
Your work
- Help with daily warehouse operations.
- Allocate tasks, monitor the schedule and make adjustments when needed.
- Support and guide colleagues on the warehouse floor.
- Help ensure that work is carried out safely and in line with procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for more efficient working methods.
- Take part in daily logistics and administrative processes and help improve them.
Schedule
The roster alternates from one week to the next:
- One week: Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00.
- The other week: Sunday, 13:00–19:30, and Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00. Friday is a day off.
What you bring
- MBO-level work and thinking skills.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience supervising or guiding colleagues is an advantage.
- You speak and understand Dutch well.
- Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage.
- A forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage.

- Gross monthly salary of €2,608.26–€3,793.45. Placement within this range depends on your background, education, relevant experience and competencies.
- 25 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days. The ADV days can be exchanged for 5% more salary.
