The role
We are looking for a hands-on team leader for our client company's distribution centre in Emmeloord. You will be the main contact for your department and lead and support employees on your shift. The work includes unloading, loading, checks and other warehouse logistics processes.
You will motivate the team, monitor progress and coordinate priorities with shift management. You will identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvements. You will also pitch in when needed and help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient workplace. You will work with colleagues from a range of nationalities.
During your initial period, you will receive a thorough induction to learn the warehouse processes.
Schedule and hours
This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week in a two-shift system that alternates weekly. The early shift runs from 06:00 to 14:15 and the late shift from 14:15 to 22:30.
