The role
As the hands-on logistics team leader, you are the point of contact on the shop floor. You work in the logistics operation yourself and help keep day-to-day activities running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
- You guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
- You take an active part in the logistics work.
- You monitor the schedule and progress of the work.
- You help maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- You identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- You keep an eye on quality, order and efficiency.
Hours
