Full-time role in Stellendam handling incoming and outgoing goods, loading and unloading containers, moving pallets and preparing orders. A forklift certificate and WMS experience are required.
The role
Our client company in Stellendam is looking for a full-time Forklift Operator / Order Picker.
What you’ll do
- Load and unload containers with incoming and outgoing goods.
- Check incoming goods and packaging for correct quantities and damage.
- Place pallets in the right locations and prepare orders.
- Keep the warehouse, including freezer and cold-storage areas, clean and orderly.
- Record incoming and outgoing products in the WMS.
- Supply production with products from freezer and cold storage, and return goods from production to the appropriate storage area: freezer, cold room or dry storage.
- Welcome drivers from transport companies and direct them.
- Keep accurate records of incoming and dispatched pallets and pallet orders.
- Help with packing or repacking when needed.
What you bring
- MBO-level education and practical skills.
- A forklift certificate.
- Fluent Dutch or good English.
- An independent, proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Perseverance, a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- The ability to set priorities.
- Knowledge of and experience with WMS.
- Careful handling of goods and a hands-on approach.
