A client company in Marseille is seeking a full-time forklift operator/order picker on a permanent contract. You will receive and check goods, store them and prepare customer orders. At least two years' experience and CACES categories 1 and 3 are required.
The role
For a client company in Marseille, we are looking for a forklift operator who will also pick customer orders. You will unload incoming goods from trucks, check the paperwork and verify quantities, quality and temperature, scan pallet labels and record arrivals. You will label and store goods according to product group, compatibility, temperature and shelf life. You will monitor stock and product rotation, handle returns, report discrepancies and separate non-conforming goods. You will pick orders by product reference and quantity, check the prepared orders, set priorities to meet deadlines and place pallets in designated areas. You will keep customers informed about order handling and progress, and follow procedures for quality, traceability and safe handling of products and pallets. The work takes place in a refrigerated environment.

What you bring
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- A French Bac qualification in logistics.
- CACES certificates for categories 1 and 3; these are required.
- Familiarity with standard office software, including Excel and Word, and basic IT skills.
- Product knowledge and the ability to apply procedures, diagnose issues and contribute to coordinating operations.
- Comfort working in a refrigerated environment.
- A responsive, independent and team-oriented approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
