The role
As a forklift driver, you make sure goods and materials reach the right place safely and on time. You will work at our client company in Soest, in the province of Utrecht, in a production and logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload lorries.
- Move and store pallets and goods.
- Move materials to and from production.
- Check goods and quantities.
- Keep the work area safe, clean and orderly.
- Carry out other logistics tasks.
Working hours
This is a full-time role, normally on a two-shift schedule. During busy periods, a three-shift schedule may be introduced. Flexibility to work both schedules is important. Shift premiums apply.
What you bring
- Education at MBO level.
- Experience as a forklift driver.
- A valid forklift certificate is preferred.
- The ability to work safely, accurately and independently.
- The physical ability to carry out logistics duties.
- Reliability and a commitment to keeping agreements.
- Flexibility to work two and three shifts.
- Availability immediately or at short notice.
