The role
At a client company in Katwijk aan Zee, you will handle the internal movement of goods within the production area. You will work day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Move goods produced and used within the production environment.
- Prepare raw materials for production.
- Unload trucks carrying incoming goods and load trucks carrying outgoing goods.
- Reorganize transport packaging in the outdoor area.
- Carry out periodic stock counts as instructed by the supervisor.
- Maintain the forklift and its batteries.
- Follow HACCP requirements and workplace and safety regulations.
What you bring
- A forklift certificate and several years of experience as a forklift driver.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- A good command of Dutch and English.
- A results- and solutions-oriented approach, safety awareness, flexibility, and good communication skills.
