The role
As a forklift driver, you will work at our client company in Moerdijk, North Brabant, in a department that receives chemical waste. You will receive, move and sort drums of chemical material intended for recycling. As the only forklift driver on the shift, you will support the process operators.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming chemical materials.
- Check, record and label pallets.
- Use a forklift to move material designated for destruction to the relevant department.
- Work safely and with consideration for the environment.
Schedule
Full-time work in a five-shift system with varying shifts, alongside a team of process operators.
What you bring
- MBO level 3 work-and-thinking level.
- An affinity for technology, particularly the chemical process industry.
- Valid forklift and VCA certificates.
- A good command of Dutch.
- The ability to work independently, communicate well and value quality.
