Combine forklift work with operating an automated cheese-handling line. Work 32–40 hours a week, Monday to Friday in a two-shift rota with no night shifts. Experience is not required; forklift experience is an advantage.
The role
At our client company in Bodegraven, you will combine internal warehouse logistics with operating an automated cheese-handling line. You will move cheese boxes safely and ensure they are stored in the right place for maturation.
What you will do
- Operate and monitor the automated cheese-handling line.
- Move cheese boxes to and from the line using a forklift.
- Check quality and record where the cheese is stored and which treatment has been carried out.
- Identify and resolve minor faults; work with the technical team on more serious faults.
- Ensure cheese is stored neatly, without damage, in the correct location.
Schedule
You will work 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating two-shift schedule. There are no night shifts.
What you bring
- Education at VMBO/MBO level.
- You speak and understand Dutch well.
- You work accurately, take responsibility for quality, and can make decisions independently.
- You have an interest in technology, are motivated and eager to learn, and have a good work ethic.
- Previous experience is not required; forklift experience is an advantage. You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one through our client company.
