The role
As a food logistics operative, you will work at our client company in Waddinxveen. You will help store and handle food and drink that must remain chilled or frozen. You will work as part of an established team and prepare goods carefully for transport.
Duties
- Pick orders and check that goods are complete and properly packaged.
- Load and unload goods.
- Move pallets to the correct locations.
- Scan goods using a handheld scanner.
- Follow food-safety rules and work neatly and safely.
Work environment and schedule
You will work in chilled rooms at 2–7 °C and in a freezer area at −18 °C. Warm work clothing is provided. Working hours, any shift pattern and weekly hours are not specified.
