Part-time flower logistics work in De Kwakel, up to 24 hours. You will assemble flower carts, check orders and scan them into the system. Work is mainly on Mondays and Fridays, sometimes Sundays and one other weekday.
The role
At our client company in De Kwakel, North Holland, you support the logistics of flower exports. Flowers arrive at your workstation via a mechanised conveyor line, either in buckets or loosely packed. You process orders independently and assemble the flower carts carefully and efficiently so the orders are ready for onward delivery.
- Check flower quality, order accuracy and deadlines.
- Mark orders as processed and scan them into the logistics system.
- Load flowers in buckets onto carts and assemble the carts.
- Support colleagues as needed.
Schedule
This is part-time work, up to 24 hours. You work on Mondays and Fridays, sometimes on Sundays, and on one additional day: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Work starts early, and some days may be longer.
What you bring
- Availability for part-time work on the days listed.
- Relevant logistics experience.
- Experience assembling flower carts or working with flowers is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
- Willingness to start early and work longer days.
What is offered
- Gross salary of €2,900 per month based on full-time hours; it may increase with your experience, knowledge and skills.
- 25 days of annual leave based on full-time hours, plus 8% holiday allowance.

- Travel reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre, from the first kilometre.
