The role
Our client company in Nieuwleusen is looking for an order picker for a flexible part-time job. You will pick orders, check products and order details, pack the orders, and prepare parcels for dispatch. You will keep your workspace tidy and safe and work with the warehouse team.
Work and schedule
Working hours are between 14:00 and 23:00. Your availability is arranged flexibly by agreement.
What you bring
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You have basic knowledge of English.
- You work accurately and responsibly.
- You are motivated, practical and willing to get hands-on.
- You are flexibly available by agreement during the 14:00–23:00 time window.
What is offered
- Hourly pay according to the Dutch collective labour agreement for professional goods transport (cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer), depending on your age and experience: age 16: €9.37; 17: €10.49; 18: €11.80; 19: €13.49; 20: €15.55; age 21 and over: from €15.63.
- Pay is issued every four weeks. Your accrued holiday days and holiday allowance are paid with each salary payment.
- For a one-way commuting distance of 10 km or more, the travel allowance is €0.23 per kilometre, up to 25 km one way. You may also opt into an additional arrangement for extra travel-cost support.
- Fresh fruit is available at work every day.
- After one year of employment, you receive a yearly budget of up to €150 for products and/or services that help you stay fit.
