The role
In this role in Dordrecht, you are the main point of contact for customers and ensure orders are processed correctly. You combine customer service at the counter with warehouse and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Pick and process orders in the warehouse and outdoor storage area.
- Assist customers at the counter, provide advice and handle orders accurately.
- Bundle and stack orders using a forklift.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Receive suppliers and process incoming goods.
- Process orders in the system.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and safety at the site.

Requirements
- An interest in technical work, construction or logistics.
- Warehouse and customer-service experience is an advantage; the duties can be learned.

- Fluent spoken and written Dutch.
