Responsibilities
- Receive, process, handle and coordinate orders from garages and automotive businesses.
- Select, document and order parts to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer questions and complaints.
- Contribute to maintaining an appropriate parts inventory.
- Support tyre storage services and warehouse administration.
- Assist sales advisers with accessories.
What you bring
- Completed MBO-level vocational education in automotive technology or retail.
- Experience with automated systems.
- A customer-focused approach, resilience under pressure and flexibility.
- Good communication skills and an affinity with automotive technology.
- The ability to coordinate and check tasks, advise customers and plan work.
- You are available for full-time work and live in the Hoofddorp region.
- Familiarity with an automotive parts or warehouse management system is an advantage.
