Operate a combitruck in a warehouse in Turnhout, moving pallets to storage locations at different heights using WMS and scanning equipment. The role is 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, on early and late shifts.
The role
You will work in a warehouse at our client company in Turnhout. As a combitruck driver, you help ensure a safe and efficient flow of goods, storing and retrieving items at different heights.
Responsibilities
- Operate a combitruck to store and retrieve goods at different heights.
- Move pallets to WMS-assigned storage locations using scanning equipment.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damage and stock differences.
- Carry out daily checks of the combitruck.
- Follow safety, quality and operating procedures and work with warehouse staff, team leaders and logistics colleagues.
Schedule
You will work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a two-shift system with alternating early and late shifts.
What you bring
- Experience as a combitruck driver.
- A valid combitruck operator certificate and a forklift certificate.
- Reach truck experience and a reach truck certificate are an advantage.
- The ability to work safely and accurately at height.
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems and scanning equipment.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work two shifts.
- A good command of Dutch and/or English.
- A proactive approach, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.
