The role
As a warehouse worker, you will work in Assen, Drenthe, at a client company in the building materials trade. You will pick orders using a forklift and prepare them for customers who collect their materials straight away.
Your responsibilities
- Pick the requested building materials with a forklift and prepare orders for collection.
- Unload incoming deliveries from suppliers.
- Keep the warehouse and collection area clean and organized.
- Help customers load their orders and answer their questions.
- Provide friendly, customer-focused service.
What you bring
- Experience using a forklift.
- An interest in building materials and the ability to lift heavier materials and products.
- A customer-focused approach and a good command of Dutch.
- You are a team player who enjoys hands-on work.
What is offered
- Longer-term work. The contract type, number of working hours and schedule have not been specified.
- Gross monthly pay depends on knowledge and experience and is up to €2,809.99 for full-time employment.
- For full-time employment: 37 days off, including 25 holiday days and 12 additional working-time reduction days (ATV). ATV days can be used as extra time off or partly paid out.
- 8% holiday allowance, payable annually or monthly at your choice.
- Travel expense allowance for a one-way distance from 10 km up to a maximum of 25 km.
