The role
In this trainee role in Deventer, you will work with automotive parts and accessories. You will give customers and colleagues technical and commercial product advice, and keep up to date with product information and developments. You will work closely with counter staff and mechanics.
Your work supports an efficient workshop process and the sale of parts to independent garages, body shops and private customers in the region.
What you will do
- Receive, process and issue parts and accessories.
- Keep stock in order and help maintain a tidy, well-organised warehouse.
- Advise customers and colleagues about products.
What you bring
- Education and work-and-thinking ability at MBO level.
- A customer-focused and accurate approach.
- At least one year of automotive experience and an interest in the sector.
- Basic IT and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of the vehicle makes in the product range is an advantage.
