The role
At a client company in Vlaardingen, you will combine warehouse duties with reception support. You will make sure workshop technicians have the correct parts and tools for passenger-car repairs. You will also assist customers in a friendly manner and support colleagues when needed.
Responsibilities
- Issue parts and tools to workshop technicians.
- Prepare parts needed for the following day.
- Order and receive parts, and record orders and parts issued in the system.
- Monitor and check warehouse stock.
- Support daily reception duties and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Help daily operations run smoothly.
Working hours
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. No specific working times or shift details are provided.
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not required. Experienced colleagues will show you the job.
- An interest in cars and preferably some knowledge of automotive technology.
- Enjoy dealing with people and be willing to help where needed.
- A hands-on approach, the ability to keep an overview and an appreciation for varied tasks.
- Accuracy, motivation and initiative, with a customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Dutch and full-time availability.
