Support the team leader with outbound online orders, coordinate daily tasks and coach colleagues. Shifts include day, late and night work, with occasional weekend shifts during busy periods.
The role
At our client company in Roosendaal, you support the team leader with the daily processing of outgoing online-shop orders (picking and packing). You are responsible for a defined area of the department and work closely with the team. When the team leader is absent, you take over day-to-day coordination; the team leader retains overall responsibility for the process.
You coordinate daily work, guide and coach colleagues, help maintain a positive working atmosphere, monitor priorities in your area and support process improvements. You also work on the warehouse floor to keep an overview and help the team meet its targets.
Schedule
You work shifts: day shift 07:00–16:00, late shift 16:00–01:00 or night shift 23:00–08:00. Shift allocation is arranged in consultation. The usual working week is Monday to Friday; during busy periods, Sunday and occasional Saturday shifts are also required. Up to 40 hours per week; part-time is open to discussion.
