The role
As an Assistant Order Picking Team Leader at our client company in Nieuwegein, in the province of Utrecht, you work hands-on on the floor and support the team leader with the daily coordination of the order-picking team. You answer questions, help colleagues and keep an overview. Together, you make sure customer orders are complete, properly prepared and ready for transport on time.
What you will do
- Pick customer orders while actively working alongside the team.
- Help, motivate and guide colleagues, and answer their questions.

- Keep track of the workflow during busy periods and make practical adjustments where needed.
- Check product quality, shelf life and any damage.
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Schedule
You work 36–40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rotating schedule. Shifts include early, late and night work, as well as weekends. The listed shift times are 04:00–13:00, 16:00–01:00 and 22:00–07:00.
