For an all-round warehouse role in Hoogeveen, Drenthe, we are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and has technical aptitude. You will work in a small, close-knit team, combining warehouse duties with customer contact and supporting the branch manager with logistics, technical and commercial matters.
Your duties
- Receive, inspect, load and unload goods, and store them in an orderly way.
- Pick and prepare customer orders; occasionally deliver them to customers on site.
- Help customers in the warehouse and shop in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
- Keep the work area tidy and organised.
- Learn to use a press brake and make custom items from zinc, copper and plastisol.
- As you develop, take on order processing, stock control and counter sales.
