Prepare paint, cut doormats and curtain rails to size, and pick and pack orders in a Zoetermeer warehouse. Work 32–40 hours a week, with one evening shift each week and occasional Saturdays. Gross pay is €2,600–€2,800 per month at 40 hours a week.
The role
You will work in the warehouse of our client company in Zoetermeer, preparing orders for home products for dispatch. You will mix paint and make items such as doormats and curtain rails to size. During a four-week induction with a dedicated buddy, you will learn the workstations and scanning system before carrying out the tasks independently.
Your work
- Mix paint to colour using a paint mixer and keep the equipment clean.
- Cut doormats to size using the cutting machine.
- Measure, saw, bend and assemble curtain rails to size.
- Pick and carefully pack wallpaper, flooring, wall panels and home accessories.
- Load and unload goods, and check and scan incoming and outgoing items.
- Help put improvement ideas into practice on project days.
Hours and schedule
You will work 32–40 hours per week, by agreement. There is one evening shift each week, from 12:30 to 21:00. About once every four to five weeks, you will work on a Saturday and receive an extra weekday off. The schedule is set at least three months in advance and takes your preferences into account. Vacation cannot be taken during the three to four busiest weeks around Black Friday. At other times of the year, leave is arranged by agreement.
What you bring
- Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- You are comfortable working with a saw or machine and are willing to stand and lift for much of your shift.
- You are punctual, keep your commitments, follow work instructions and consult with colleagues.
- You help out when work is busy and speak up if something is not right.
What is offered

- Gross pay of €2,600–€2,800 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience. Pay is adjusted pro rata for fewer hours.
