As an all-round warehouse operative, you will work across goods receiving and order picking. You will process incoming deliveries and prepare goods for dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, sign delivery notes and report discrepancies to the supplier.
- Unpack and check goods, then record them accurately and promptly in the system.
- Pick goods, complete picking tasks, and prepare boxes and pallets for dispatch.
- Carry out stock-count tasks and check remaining inventory.
- Follow internal procedures and keep the work area clean, tidy and safe.
- Use equipment responsibly and report any faults.
- Operate warehouse trucks only with a valid certificate.
