The role
In this warehouse role in Apeldoorn, Gelderland, you will be responsible for goods and stock. You will pick orders, load and unload containers and trucks, prepare goods for dispatch and handle the dispatch process. You will also keep the warehouse and the rest of the premises tidy, look for ways to use the available space efficiently, and carry out other work related to maintaining the goods, warehouse and premises.
Schedule and offer
You will work 40 hours per week on the day shift, between 08:00 and 16:45.
The monthly salary is €2,500–€3,500, depending on experience. A pension scheme is provided.
What you bring
- At least a vocational qualification in logistics at Dutch MBO level, or an equivalent qualification.
- Forklift and reach truck certificates.
- A category B driving licence is an advantage.
- Experience in wholesale or shopfitting is an advantage.
- A good command of spoken and written Dutch. English and German are an advantage.
- The ability to do physical work; living in Apeldoorn or the immediate area is an advantage.
- A practical, proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong sense of responsibility for goods. You work professionally and accurately, remain calm under pressure, and are flexible and willing to learn. You are decisive and pragmatic, work well with the team, take initiative, spot defects and act on them.
