The role
As an all-round logistics worker at our client company, you will support day-to-day internal logistics in a production environment in Brakel, Gelderland. You will help ensure crates, big bags and other materials are available and in the right place.
- Manage stock of crates and big bags.
- Load and unload goods and materials and move them around the site using a forklift.
- Track and check inventory and material flows.
- Record goods movements and storage locations in the ERP system, and label crates correctly.
- Prepare and check crates for transport using pick lists.
- Inspect, exchange and weigh crates, then empty their contents into containers.
- Carry out minor daily maintenance on forklifts and monitor their technical condition.
- Keep empty crates and other logistics equipment available, and support colleagues by changing crates or big bags when needed.
- Report deviations, breakdowns and other operational issues.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.

- Experience in logistics, warehousing or production.
- The ability to operate a forklift; a forklift certificate is an advantage.
- A careful approach and attention to order and cleanliness.
- A practical attitude and the ability to stay physically active at work.
- The ability to handle administrative records of material flows.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of safety and the technical condition of equipment.
- Basic Dutch and/or English.
