Full-time logistics work in Boxtel involving internal transport, loading and unloading lorries, and preparing goods for dispatch. After onboarding, you work a two-shift schedule. Permanent contract, 40 hours per week and €3,100–€3,600 gross per month including a 20% shift allowance.
The role
At our client company in Boxtel, you will handle internal transport around the factory and load and unload lorries as an all-round logistics operative and forklift operator. Most items are palletised. You will move pallets to the correct locations and storage racks using a forklift, and scan each move with a handheld scanner using the route labels. You will spend around 80% of your working time on the forklift.
You will prepare pallets and products for dispatch by securing them and wrapping them in film when needed. You will also manually pick and pack some orders. Other duties include keeping the workplace tidy, moving packaging materials and handling waste.
Hours and shifts
You will start on a day shift while learning the logistics processes. Once you can work independently, you will move to a two-shift schedule.
- Early shift: 05:45–14:30.
- Late shift: 14:30–00:15; on Fridays, 14:30–18:30.

- Relevant work experience, for example from an internship or a recent job.
- A valid forklift certificate.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch or English.
