The role
At our client company in Helmond, North Brabant, you will work in dispatch, linking production with outbound shipments. You will help ensure goods are handled safely, accurately and on time. The role is 36 hours a week on a rotating three-shift schedule, including nights.
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks and checking goods and quantities.
- Processing consolidated loads according to loading instructions.
- Removing pallets from the conveyor and placing them in the correct location; maintaining stock and records.
- Supporting internal transport.
- Supporting the packaging line and operating it independently during the night shift.
- Using WMS systems and hand scanners, reporting discrepancies or faults, carrying out basic administration and maintaining the forklift.
What you bring
- An LBO/VMBO- or MBO-level education.
- Forklift experience and a valid forklift certificate.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- The ability to handle heavy loads safely with extendable forks.
- A good command of Dutch.
- Experience with WMS systems and hand scanners is an advantage.
- Motivation, a team-oriented attitude, the ability to handle busy periods and an interest in varied work.
- Availability for a three-shift schedule.

- The listed base salary is €3,201.99 gross per month, based on a 40-hour full-time week and excluding shift allowance. The allowance for the three-shift schedule is 20.5%.
