The role
At our client company in Zennewijnen, you connect the factory and the storage yard. Using a 7-tonne forklift, you move full packs of stone products to the right locations. You help keep the yard tidy and organised and ensure products are stored in the correct place.
Main duties
- Move products around the storage yard.
- Carry out daily maintenance on the forklift.
- Check products for quality and specifications.
- Keep the area tidy and take on other production tasks.
Working hours
You work 40 hours per week on a two-shift schedule. The shifts run from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 10:00 to 19:00.
What you bring
- A valid forklift certificate.
- Several years of experience as a forklift operator.
- Experience in a production environment is preferred.
- Experience operating a heavy-duty forklift is an advantage.
- The ability to work safely, independently and accurately.
- A willingness to contribute ideas, show initiative and take responsibility for the storage yard.
